About Renée
Renée is proud to be a top producer at Coldwell Banker, Market Street Office. She has been selling San Francisco real estate since 2003. She earned the International President’s Circle distinction (top 6% internationally) and Previews Property Specialists designation for luxury homes. Renée  is a member of Top Agent Network, and exclusive group the top 10% of agents in the San Francisco market, giving her access to the information from top agents in the city for pre-marketing of listings and private information/exclusive access for their buyers.

Renée had a synergistic partnership with James Maxwell, another top-producer and good friend.  James decided to jump ship and move to Los Angeles in 2017, but remains in contact and share a few clients. Renée has many colleagues and resources at the Coldwell Banker office for all areas of support.

While working in advertising at Foote, Cone & Belding, Renée earned her MBA in Marketing at SFSU. Her business background gives her strong negotiations and management skills, professionalism, and results-oriented energy. Renée has owned a few properties since 1999, including her current home in “Bernal Glen.” She is a landlord in Bernal Heights, and has a home in Truckee. Moving from a small town north of Truckee (Portola/Graeagle area), Renée has lived in San Francisco since 1990 and loves all the diversity and vibrancy the City offers. She is a proud mom of an amazing boy Max, who attends Glen Park Elementary School and a big advocate of SF public schools.

Renée utilizes the Internet (including syndication, websites, Facebook, targeted internet advertising and mobile enabled websites) and traditional media (newspaper and direct mail). She has an extensive network of over 2,900 agents to sell a property.

For Buyers
When working with a buyer, Renée will check all sources (including pocket and expired listings) for the right properties and encourage clients to actively engage in the search. Renée makes sure her clients are aware of every available property.
